Come out to network! This is a great opportunity for German expats to meet and for other German speaking/practicing to improve your German. Speaking German is encouraged but not required. We meet every month (every other month will be in Birmingham).
What does “Stammtisch” mean? A Stammtisch is an informal group meeting held on a regular basis, and also the usually large table around which the group meets. A Stammtisch is not a structured meeting, but rather a friendly and casual get-together.
Join us for a Stammtisch at Rolf’s German Restaurant in downtown Tuscaloosa! This is a great opportunity for networking within the German community and business spheres of Alabama. Speaking German is encouraged, but not required. Rolf’s also offers a wide selection of authentic German food and beverages.

We’re kicking off the AGP FIFA World Cup Watch Parties by watching the German team’s final preparation match against the USA in a friendly match on June 6. The FIFA World Cup starts on June 11.
Join us in Birmingham for the first watch party, ‘USA – Germany’. Find us outside on the brewery’s patio for viewing on the screens.
Wearing team wear is optional but highly encouraged!
The game starts at 1:30 p.m. We plan to be there 30 minutes before settling in.
Great Beverage selection at the brewery and a food truck on-site. Pay your own way.
