• Authentic German Bratwurst and Polish Sausage with curry ketchup and German mustard

  Menu 2:

• Hildegard’s Sampler: Chicken schnitzel, Kassler Rippchen (smoked, cured pork chop), and authentic German bierbrat
• Red Cabbage
• Käsespätzle Spätzle with fried onions, smoked Gouda/Emmenthal/Swiss cheese
• Blueberry Cheesecake or Black Forest Cake
• Soda/Tea/Water

Please note that there is limited space of 12 guests for this event. This meal is priced at $35 per person plus tax and gratuity (includes non-alcoholic beverage). Beer and wine is sold separately. You must preregister for this event.
