A fellow Mercedes-Benz U.S. International Inc. (MBUSI) supplier has bought a majority stake in Adah International.
pmX GmbH purchased 85% of Adah International this spring, company leadership told the BBJ this week. The deal had been in the works for roughly six months, according to pmX GmbH CEO Iyad El-Khatib, who is based at the company’s headquarters in Germany.
Full financial details of the deal were not released.
