The US company Atlas Holdings has signed an agreement with the REHAU Group to acquire REHAU Automotive in October 2024. Atlas operates in sectors including manufacturing and distribution, with a strong focus on automotive. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2025 following the completion of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. This will also include the REHAU Automotive in Cullman, AL.
