Sain Associates was founded by Charles "Hack" Sain in1972. Hack left a great legacy to the engineering industry. He was a member of the Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame, and AGC Hall of Fame, he is known for writing the Earthwork section of the Standard Handbook for Engineers by McGraw Hill.
