P3 is an independent and international management consultancy which, in addition to consulting, also offers engineering services and software development for numerous customers and industries. Since it was founded in Aachen in 1996, P3 has always set up branches, gained experts and now employs over 1,000 people at 17 different locations.
We are organized according to locations and areas of expertise, our offices are close to our customers. The expertise is based on the current needs of our customers and their industries. We focus on the automotive industry and in the energy sector. Other sectors such as banking and insurance, as well as traffic and transport are part of our portfolio.
Thanks to our expertise, we are active across all sectors. In particular, the transformation through digitization, the transformation of organizations towards agile methods or the area of costs and quality are core requirements of our customers.
P3 develops individual strategies for these customers in order to advance new ideas, projects and innovations together. An end-2-end approach is practiced, as can be seen, for example, in the activities in the area of Smart Services: From the idea to the business model conception, the development and piloting of MVPs to the implementation and safeguarding of the series product and the final market launch always closely accompanying our customers.
