Professional Overview

Jasmin Jaeger is currently the Human Relations (HR) Senior Manager at Mercedes Benz U.S. International
(MBUSI) for both the Vehicle and Battery plants. She and her team support all workforce management topics of 6,100+ Team Members, as well as students enrolled in technical programs to ensure that the workforce is
equipped to produce world-class luxury sport utility vehicles, such as the GLE, GLS, Mercedes-Maybach
GLS and the all-electric SUVs. 

With a strong focus on Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Organizational Development, Training, and Diversity and Inclusion Jasmin expertly navigates complex organizational challenges. Jasmin’s expertise extends to
resource management, personnel and leadership development, and managing organizational change
processes, ensuring that the company remains adaptable and forward-thinking in a dynamic industry.

Jasmin started her HR career as a trainee at Mercedes-Benz (formerly Daimler AG), where she spent her first years specializing in HR processes and project management. She then moved to the headquarters in Stuttgart, where she served as Senior Manager Deputy of the HR Department, overseeing comprehensive HR processes and organizational changes. After a stay abroad in Hungary as a Manager and various other HR Management positions, she took over the Head of HR role of Rastatt/Kuppenheim plant.

Jasmin holds a Diploma/Master’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Mannheim Business University, Germany, and from the University of Adelaide, Australia as well as various further certificates such as a Coaching and Organizational Development diploma. She and her husband, Uli, reside in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. They have one daughter.
