AlabamaGermany Partnership is organizing a study trip to Germany June 19 to June 26. The delegation is limited to 20 participants. ONE SEAT LEFT!
The trip starts in Berlin, continues to Hamburg and ends up in Bremen. During the trip we will explore the startup and entrepreneurship culture in Berlin including within the field of electrification of vehicles. The delegation will meet with the president of Berlin University for Applied Science, part of the UAS7 group that works to build international programs for the students. We will receive a briefing about the German/US relationship by the DIHK and/or US Embassy. In Hamburg the trip will include a visit Diehl Aerospace and Airbus to explore the aerospace industry and its supply chain. And last but not least, we will end our trip in Bremen, where we will learn about the apprenticeship program at the BLG Logistics Training center, followed by a visit to abatAG, to learn about its training program and the evolving needs of the IT world.
In addition, the group will experience German culture through several planned cultural activities, while our receptions/dinners will provide networking and business development opportunities.
